If you’re looking for a full body workout, but are not a fan of gyms, you may want to consider introducing aqua aerobics to your exercise/training routine. And if you’re concerned that “jumping around” in a pool won’t give you the high resistance workout you’re looking for, add a pair of swimming hand fins to your routine for that upper body burn. Just make sure you go slow at first so as to not injure yourself right out of the gate.
