When your little ones want to make house calls on Halloween for candy, send them out dressed as doctors. A generic doctor Halloween costume can be bought at any local costume shop or easily made at home. If you don’t have a small white lab coat, you can easily use an adult white shirt over your child’s regular clothes. Then, with items bought at a dollar store, place a plastic stethoscope around the collar and put a plastic syringe and thermometer into the shirt pocket. You can also add a surgical mask and cap for added effect. A clip board would also make a nice touch but your child may not want to carry it around with them all night.
