When looking to buy your daughter her first pair of tap dance shoes, you can either go with a generic tap shoe that may not be the best quality, or, you can invest in a brand name pair from well-known manufacturers like Balera, Capezio or Bloch. Before you buy though, make sure you find out if the shoes actually come with the taps as part of the shoe, or if you have to buy the taps separately and have them put on. This could be a deal-breaker to say the least.
