If you are a parent, you no doubt have had issues with your little ones being picky eaters. It sometimes take a whole lot of energy to get them to eat the food you put in front of them. One little trick that may help motivate the young ones to eat is to buy food shapers. These cut the food into small bite size shapes that are fun to look at as well as eat. Sandwiches, meats, vegetables can all be cut into small square shapes, heart shapes, triangles or other fun shapes.
